- No personal account required: the App does not require account sign-up. We do not ask for names, postal addresses, or payment details to play the basic game.

- To provide and maintain the App, deliver gameplay, and prevent or diagnose technical issues.
- To display in-app advertising and measure ad performance.
- To analyze and improve gameplay and user experience.

4. Third-Party Advertising (TopON Ads SDK)
We use third-party advertising partners to serve ads inside the App. The App integrates the TopON Ads SDK. TopON and its partners may collect information such as device identifiers (including Advertising ID), device IP address, ad interactions, and other technical data to personalize and deliver advertisements and measure ad performance.
Important: we do not control the data collection practices of TopON or other ad partners. For details about how TopON processes data, please review TopON's own privacy policy (available from TopON). If you wish to limit ad personalization on your device, you can use your device's advertising settings (for example, Android's "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or reset/limit the advertising ID).
5. Analytics & Crash Reporting
We may use analytics tools to collect aggregated or anonymized usage data and crash reports to improve stability and gameplay.
6. Sharing & Disclosure
We may share non-personal, aggregated information with partners. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights, or to respond to legal process.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us at the email below and we will take steps to remove that information.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
